Why does Orszag care about water in China? I wrote that a year ago but met Orszag a few months ago. He says he's interested in water as "a sideline" and asked a lot of questions. I'm interested to see if he uses his leverage/connections to improve water policy (the economics are known) in the US or elsewhere.
