- I'll be speaking about my book at the National Association of Water Companies water summit in La Jolla (San Diego) with joined by Robert Glennon, Steve Maxwell and Christopher Gasson in early October. Hope to see you there!
- Many details on developers' efforts to direct water to their worthless dirt in Colorado. On a related note, watch this interesting video of how we've destroyed the Colorado River ("It flowed to the Sea of Cortez for 6 million years but stopped in 1998").
- A San Antonio utility "names and shames" heavy water users. Pretty stupid (like naming and shaming people who use too much toilet paper). Just RAISE WATER PRICES.
- Love this:
- A DoE fracking panel says "use best engineering techniques" to avoid pollution. I'd prefer that they be liable for any spills. Activists blasted the report as "premature" after taking no time to think about it.
